Mod Name: Black Dress From The Testing Hall

Series: Testing Hall Merchandise
Number: 1

Author: Myrystyr
Original Author: FLY
Date: 09/08/2017
Categories: Clothing

Requirements: HGEC

DESCRIPTION

Hello, and welcome to the first in a new series of mods.

The Testing Hall must be an awfully cluttered place. Not everyone has access to it, not everyone wants to basically cheat to get there, and not everything dumped in there deserves to be overlooked. And even if you can get there, not everything seems to be in a respawning container, or even easy to find. Hence this series of mods, in which I rescue neglected items from the Testing Hall and make them available for sale at various vendors.

In this mod, we have a Black Dress by FLY.

For images and further information, please see the original mod here: http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/46612/

As always, if you are already satisfied with the original mod this one is based on you don't have to download this mod.

CONTENTS

This mod contains all of the meshes and textures from the original mod, as well as the following esps:

1 - BlackDressTHResource: New (a) IDs are made for the dress and the sack. The dress is renamed slightly (to Black Dress) for clarity, and added to the new sack. No other change is made, and no cell or worldspace is affected. This is provided as a modders resource.

2 - BlackDressTHBruma: The sack is added to Novaroma in Bruma. This is playable immediately.

3 - BlackDressTHDivine: The sack is added to Divine Elegance in the Imperial City Market District. Also playable immediately.

4 - BlackDressTHBest: Lastly, the sack is added to Gundalas at Best Goods in Leyawiin. This is also playable immediately.

Pick whichever vendor esp works best for your game.

The original ReadMe file is included for reference purposes.

CONFLICTS/ISSUES

This mod was used alongside around 50 other mods. The vendor chests are pushed far enough down and away that they are unlikely to overlap with similar chests placed by other mods you might be using.

Known Issues: None. As HGEC is required, problems might occur with other body replacers.

Playtest Report: My replacement playtest guinea pig character went into Divine Elegance and bought a Black Dress from this mod. It fitted well, with some clipping on her sword sheath. The only problem encountered was an inventory crash that happened when trying on another item, from another mod we were playtesting, which she'd bought at the same time. The crash stopped happening when the other mod was unticked. Thus, any issues you may experience might not be due to this mod.

My laptop doesn't like screenshots, so feel free to take pics of your characters using this mod. Upload them to this mod's webpage, and I'll verify the images as soon as possible.

IN CLOSING

This mod was created using the latest version of the Construction Set, and playtested with The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion 5th Anniversary Edition. Although Shivering Isles and Knights Of The Nine were installed at the time, they are not necessary for use of this mod. Similarly, while OBSE was installed it was not used during play. Nor was any other utility installed or used.

My replacement playtest guinea pig character is based in the Imperial City Market District, where several versions of my mods happen to add items to vendors. How convenient.

These mods are my way of sharing some of the fun I have playing Oblivion. Thank you for reading, and enjoy your gaming.
