1.Overview
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

This mod introduces Special Abilities (and gags) to the game.
As of now, there are 45 Special Abilities in total (should it be?).

I changed the MOD name because bad status is too few (poison and coma only).
Special Ability & Bad Status now revised to: Oblivion Combat Skill System.

Because the animations are BBB compliant, you will need a compatible skeleton.
Coronerras Maximum Compatibility Skeletons is recommended.
Also, since there is no voice of speech, - Elys - Universal Silent Voice is recommended as well.

Shivering Isles and OBSE are required.

2.How to use
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

When the mod is installed, you'll get an item called "Ring of Spirits" when you go outdoors.
When you equip this ring, a portal should appear right behind you. Activating it will bring you to a seperate cell.
The NPC there, teaches you these Special Abilities.

Skill points are required to learn these skills.
Skill points are acquired opon leveling up, reading skill books, and closing Oblivion Gates.

All the abilities/techniques have been programmed as spells, so they can be performed by the cast button.
However, they can also be performed by pressing the action button ("G" by default) and the "left mouse button" at the same time.
This will skip the spell casting animation and make the ability look more natural.
Those buttons can be changed through the ini file.

These techniques can also be selected and performed through a shortcut with a combination of the movement keys (W�EA�ES�ED).
Which gives you four possible shortcuts.

To create a shortcut: open your spell list menu screen, select the technique you wish to shortcut.
Then hold the action button ("G" by default) + your desired direction (W�EA�ES�ED) + right mouse button.
You'll see a message on the top left of your screen if it's registered.

To view your shortcuts: tab (enter the menu-- doesn't matter what page you're on)
hold your ability key ("G" by default) and do a left mouse click.

To perform a skill via short cut: Ability button ("G" by default) + movement key + attack

To clear a shortcut: follow the "to create a shortcut" step,
but this time select an unrelated spell (ex. fireball).

For left and right mouse click and the "G" key can be changed to another key from ini.
The Action button, right and left mouse buttons can be remapped via the included ini file.

3.OCSS's Optional Plugins

OCSS for NPC.esp:
This is to let existing NPCs use the skills added by OCSS.
It will mainly be used by your standard quest allys and vanilla boss NPCs.
(e.g.: Baurus, Martin, Manker Camoran, Mannimarco, etc.)

Once you've learned a skill, you will get a scroll.
With OCSS for NPC installed, If a NPC is holding that scroll,
that NPC will be able to use that skill.
However, if the NPC's stats doesn't meet the minimum requirements for that skill,
or if the skill is player-specific only, then the NPC won't be able to use that skill.

When installing, be sure to load this plugin later than OCSS.esp.
Otherwise the script will not work.
Because this mod changes the inventory of vanilla NPCs,
those who have installed FCOM etc. should create a bashed patch.

OCSS Better Mishaxhi.esp:
Akaviri Commander Mishaxhi, who appears in the quest "Lifting the Vale"
will become a proper looking Tsaesci, just like Dinieras-Ves.
It's for consistancy, I guess.

Bash Tags for OCSS for NPC.esp is Invent.
Bash Tags for OCSS Better Mishaxhi.esp is Invent and NPC.Race.
Should reduce conflicts.

5.Bugs

Due to the specification of the OBSE function (IsControlPressed, IsKeyPressed 3) currently in use,
For operations on pads that do not use external key assignment software like JoyToKey

7.Skills Recommended by the Author

--Blazing Blade
Early occurrence, invincibility immediately after the occurrence, stable skills if the power is high.
However, the acquisition condition is slightly severe.

--Blizzard Swirl
I became OCSS and the motion got better.
A good skill that can combine stuff and damage.
However, there is a danger of an erroneous bomb if using it as a companion.
(Because fighting state is canceled by freezing, since enemy judgment is done in non-combat state)

--Shield Charge
It is sober but very easy to use.
Especially, it is the best skill to escape when surrounded by enemies.

--Power Bash
Well there is nothing wrong with this, is not it?
However, it is a degraded version of Low Kick except that it can be activated with attack key and defense key.
