without giving too much away try looking around the exterior of the house. The key is near the house. If you still have trouble message me and I will tell you the location of the key.
Great Mod.!! This is now my first go to house when I play. I like how you left it empty of clutter, don't get me wrong there are great housing mods on here but most are cluttered with things I don't want or need in a house. I can use the Imperial Furniture Renovated mod to build on to this in my game. You get my endorsement for it being a perfect starter house for my character. I rate this a 10 out of 10
One question though, I noticed this is COBL tagged, which I have. What things from Cobl are used in this wonderful house mod?

Really like this house. I have a question though, Are all containers in the house set to safe storage? There is a "counter" that is selectable for storage. I placed a few items in it and then noticed I placed one that I didn't mean to put there. When I went back to retrieve it it all items were gone.
Is this a glitch? I think all storage areas are meant to be safe storage since this is a "collector's" hose, but this one is not. I have not tried any other storage containers yet.
I'll take a look at it, I was certain I set them to not respawn, however, that counter has three sections. So there is 3 containers on that one container. I would check all sections (left, middle, right).
EDIT: Yeah buddy, all 3 of the containers for that cabinet are set to NOT respawn, so its in one of the three. Please let me know if you find your items
Right you were! Found them. Ok...so I'm not the brightest bulb on the tree, but I am pretty close to the star...lol.I thought it was one big container :-)
I have stored a great deal of things in it now...lol. I can't seem to get weapons to fit properly in the racks down in the basement. I know they are not like in Skyrim, but I should be able to get them to stay sitting properly in the racks, right? This is in no way a deal breaker either. I just thought it would look neat to have the racks filled with various weapons I've collected. I haven't tried the display cases yet.
Also, just a thought, is there a way to put furniture in it if I wanted? I use your house as a place to live as well as storage. It's all about location, location, location to me and since it's centrally located in the land (not to mention right across from the merchant with the most gold to barter with) it is perfect.
Unless there is a decor mod that allows you to place/move stuff in the the house. Otherwise you would need to do it through TES Construction Set and you would wanna make a backup of your saves. Just incase you mess something up. Let me know if you have anymore questions.
Agree this looks like a really nice house and should come at a cost. I would say around 40,000 septims. I have 600,000 that I'll never use and never cheated..... Think it cost like 15,000 septims for that horrible shack in the IC water district..... Please let me know when it cost septims to purchase and how many Zero.....

Verison 1.2 is does not have a purchase option, thought I would keep it for the player who didn't want to buy it. However 1.4 makes the house purchase able, when you load the game up it will pop up as a quest, the rest goes from there. I am currently working on 1.5 where there will be voice acting. (PS - the house is 5000 septims, if you think that the house is worth more just run this command - player.removeitem 000000f *$*
