    The shadowbanish wine markers don't work after reading the note.

      this is spoiler
      - check in Umbacano's Attic, there is a note
      - read a vanilla book called 'The Book of Daedra'
      - there is a note regarding other wine location in chest when you found any shadowbanish wine for the first time

      For the record I found the shadowbanish wine in Frostcrag Spire first and showed it to the lady in the Wawnet. Then I went to a fort from UESP and found the manifest and more wine, and I didn't get any quest markers.

      the author of this mod Achilles didn't add any new QUEST marker
      he only add MAP marker~
      maybe he did that to remain lore friendly or something else that I don't know whatever his reasons is :p

      I never got a map markers added message and I checked if the forts appeared on my map afterwards but no luck, maybe I'll try on a new character.

      hmm...strange...
      it should work as it should,
      just now I tried it and the map marker was added to my map.
      I don't know what mod in your load order that prevent new marker addition maybe

      Yeah, the shadowbanish map markers don't work at all for me, tested it on a new character. Might be Map Marker Overhaul interfering.
