Hello, and welcome to another much-needed quick fix to an otherwise excellent mod.
I like the armour in the original version of this mod, with the exception of one minor problem. There are no icons. Consequently, whenever I equipped this armour the game stalled for several seconds. I tried fixing this in a personal compilation of several armour mods, by assigning the armour icons of a different mod's armour. While it worked, that mod was beset by problems best solved by abandoning the whole project and starting over from scratch. And so I made this mod.
Tools used: Construction Set, File Explorer, Notepad.
The Black Bow Bandits version of this mod will conflict with any other mod that alters the same lists, e.g. SPTDiverseBandits. Furthermore, tougher Black Bow Bandits means that Mazoga The Orc will probably die sooner; unless, of course, you've made her Essential or dramatically increased her hit points. How often they appear will depend upon how many other mods you are using that alter the same lists. As the new bandits do not use the same lists for armour as normal bandits, you will not find them wearing any enchanted armour.
I like how my characters look in this armour, and wanted to give something back to fellow modders. There is a fair chance this mod may feature as part of a compilation mod I am planning.
At first level, and after only 4 hours of play, my playtest guinea pig character had amassed over 20,000 septims from selling clothing and armour found in mod-placed containers all over the Imperial City. That kind of play makes buying armour like this almost too easy.
These mods are my way of giving back some of the fun I had with the mods they are based on. Thank you for reading, and enjoy your gaming.
