Ah glad Im not the only one seeing this problem. I came here because East Empire Company used resources of this mod, but doesnt include them in their download
I use the Mod East Empire Company, which in turn uses resources from productive Mines, but these resources are not included in EEC. AND EEC has a compatibility issue with Better Cities because it places a mine entrance inside Chorrol city walls, so the miners are stuck against the wall, they cannot enter it.
But loading EEC before Better Cities changed things, the mine is now correctly placed on the map, if the miners are now stuck on the inside of the city, tcl each one of them so they can resume their routine.
I agree completely... to make all these mods without UL or Better Cities, two mods most people use, forces people to make endless patches, or in some cases, not be able to use the mod at all - such as this mod with BC. Just doesn't make any sense to me.
I found a Giant Troll in one of the mines at the very bottom, in a lake. It had a full set of Chainmail on it and nearby was a dead skeleton named Johney. Is that from this mod?
It seems there is an incompatibility with Better Cities, at least for the Crumbling Mine near Chorrol : the Miner house added by Productive Mines is placed in the middle of new Chorrol district added by BC...
I don't know if you're working on Oblivion mods anymore, but i wanted to point this out.
Anyway, your immersives mods are really cool, and this one too.
Since the first Fighters Guild quest for Burz gro-Khash is clearing the goblins out of Desolate Mine, have you thought about making that mine operational after the quest's completion? Maybe Rienna's crew could provide security - less work for the Legion!
Nice, thank you for your work, tho it would be epic if you could buy mines and get some profit out of them, in a balanced way (maybe 80% of the base value per material, and maybe rise lower the price further depending your merchant skill)
Another nice immersive mod that makes Cyrodiil look lived in - I use both this and Legion-occupied forts. I've modified the latter to use Slof's horse textures.
One slight issue - although none of the modified mines are quest-related as such, Red Grass Mine is referred to as the Cursed Mine by Mercator Hosidus and in a journal entry during MG09, "Ulterior Motives". I ended up deleting the changes, but then I have OCD!

It there a way to do this ourselves with the CSE? I'd like to learn.

The poor Unique Landscapes are very sad about this and would love to become acquainted with your mods.
