This home is great and beautiful! My only issue is that I had to buy a working fireplace from the Imperial Furniture store so that I could cook my food, since I'm using Craftybits and Basic Needs. But that's not a serious problem, and I'm sure most people won't even mind if they aren't using any realism mods. I really like how the entire place is set up, though, it's cozy and colorful. Had to kill the grummite though, lmao, annoying creature.
Glad you like it The grummite might respawn so if it does just open the console and disable him.
-If you go to the area as seen in the image - "Silent Night Watchman", you will get some peaceful lake water sounds in front of the statue. It is most effective at night.
I'll check it out when I get home tomorrow! I think I might choose to settle down here, as Sunburn Ranch is getting a little old. And this one is much cozier and warmer feeling anyways. And I've noticed there are a lot of gnarls in the area! Likely because of my overhaul mod, but it's still quite entertaining to watch the guards surge forward and attack, especially when I can sit back and watch from my porch! So again, great work and wonderful mod.
