I'm finally able to mod again after an insane hiatus, and have been rebuilding my load order to get back to playing, playtesting and writing. I thought I was just going to put the same old load order together, then this caught my eye and instantly changed my mind.
This looks absolutely lovely, it's cozier than anything in Bravil. I'll be keeping an eye on your work.
Thanks! Due to the fact I am studying abroad now I am not modding much (apart from some personal cosmetic mods). But I still do have some plans, including Standalone house and the Leyawiin house now, feel free to hmu for any requests though. I could always use some more inspiration
Sergio I have played both ways. I activate mine first and the house is already furnished, so no need to go out and buy furnishings (you get a popup). I use BC no problems...don't know about OCR. I cleaned UDR as well. Hope this helps. Really nice homes...much better than vanilla
Reason I suggest this is because this has to be the safest way. This mod gets rid of furniture and scripts but when you're using old and used saves it might contain some messy loose ends. Lots of people told me they did not furnish the house already but it worked out fine too. I am not planning on changing the "furniture scripts" to allow people to buy the furniture I added. This mod only changes interior of the house so it is save to use with City changing mods. Also compatible with Immersive interiors.
Great work! I was glad to see the new Bruma house went up too. I am downloading it now and can't wait to check it out. Really looking forward to this "Wood" series once its completed!
This looks great! It warms my nostalgic heart to see new Oblivion mods of quality :b I would love to see your take on that terribly plain waterfront shack
It's always been one of my favorite starter houses for RP. I think it has a lot of potential, and there aren't really a ton of mods that liven it up without breaking the feeling or making it OP.
Just a suggestion, it would be cool to see those basement doors out back put to good use :p

excellent deco
I've got two questions:
> Why do you advise to buy the forniture first, then activate the mod?
> Is this mod compatible with Open cities: Reborn? And better cities?
> same questions for the mod 'Coldwood Cottage' and all the other houses you are planning to make
On an unrelated note, mod has to be cleaned from UDR.
