      I don't understand, what your asking? I didn't make this mod, I fixed a bug in the original. Then posted it here, giving credit to the original author.

      Google Morroblivion, by the TesRenewal team, there you'll get all the help and downloads, YOU WILL NEED A COPY OF MORROWIND INSTALLED ON YOUR PC IN ORDER TO RUN MORROBLIVION... IT'S WORTH IT!

   In Morroblivion when Caius is recalled & gives you his room, he tidies the place up a bit and ownership is set to Player.
   
   So, there is already a player home in Balmora after Caius leaves.

      That only works if you are doing the main quest though, which I never do.

      Good point. Sorry, I'm used to everybody rushing into the main quest right away.
