I don't know about anyone else but many khajiit and argonians had improperly rigged tails and it was ruining my game experience. They were deforming wildly to the point of obscuring vision in the worldspace and even blotting out parts of the sky! I used TES4Edit to make a simple modification to 20 beast character skeletons to fix the problem. Change "Characters\_Male\skeleton.nif" to "Characters\_Male\skeletonBeast.nif" and everything will render correctly.
Thanks (again!) to TariCalaelen who posted this fix to a similar problem I was having with Immersive Porters. I had deleted the BC&T mod earlier tonight but now, with the fixes, I've reinstalled it and plan to enjoy it! FYI, tonight was the first time I used TES4Edit and the first time I edited a mod and I made all the fixes in 10mins so if you're having the same problem I did, give this a shot before deep-sixing the BC&T mod... Cheers!
I love the idea of this mod. So much that I made one myself a year ago and closed it because I was unhappy with a few of the additional files I added(just not fully finished) and never got around to releasing it after a cleanup. I was wondering if you would like access to it. You can take what you want a discard the rest. I was thinking about finishing the city muggers and cleaning the spawn points and a few wild edits but now I do not want to walk on your project but I would love to see my ideas fleshed out a little more. Plus I really do not have the time of motivation to support any projects myself. Please let me know.
This is a great idea for a mod, especially since I'm sick of seeing the same Redguard woman 75% of the time I encounter a bandit. Do the races that previously weren't "bandits" have voiced "bandit dialogue?" (Any of the lines that are unique to bandits, such as the highwaymen requesting your gold.)

As for your question regarding the bandit voices, all of the bandits use vanilla battlecries so they are voiced, but all highwaymen you could encounter in the game are khajiit and male which means they use the male beast voice, which voices the particular line for the highwaymen. I don't think that any voice files for the other races exist aside from the male beast voice for the highwayman demanding your gold.
This mod is not a requirement to use FCOM and this mod does not require it. It should be compatible as long as FCOM does not modify the vanilla lists modified by this mod. I know that FCOM has OOO in it and OOO is compatible with my mod.
I wanted to ask the same question before żelazko did it, especially that part confused me a bit : "Also, for mods that add their own custom leveled lists to the vanilla bandits you will find that my bandits will not have those items."
I would like to have OOO and other overhaul items appear on the newly added bandits as well, I guess everything will appear just right after rebuilding bashed patch, just like OOO edits vanilla bandits it will apply to the ones added by your mod. Correct me If I'm wrong
