    Update 1.3 is live and important... I overlooked something rather critical, and have lost some of my in game loot as a result. The desks in both the mortuary and the abyss as well as the glass counters(mortuary), Drawers(Abyss) and the Dark Minion's Drawers(Deepscorn Hollow) were all UNSAFE to store things in as they were set to respawn.

    A sincere apology to anyone who has lost any items to this unfortunate error on my part, the error however is resolved. I've gone through every container reference in all cells by hand to verify they are safe. This update should be safe on the fly, just be sure you are away from Deepscorn. See the changelog for other changes. Also note that in the event that ANY of the updates "break" Deepscorn Hollow in any way, shape or form; follow this guide to restore it.

    1. Remove ALL the items you want from Deepscorn; making use of God Mode if necessary.
    2. Make a save in an interior away from the area
    3. Uncheck the VileLair.esp as well as the VileLairRedux.esp
    open the game, hit continue, make a new save, load that save, make another new save
    4. Close the game, and check the .esps you unchecked earlier
    5. Repeat the Deepscorn hollow questline from the start, utilizing the "player.additem F NumberOfGoldYouNeedHere" console command if necessary to restore your upgrades
    6. If your issue persists after this point, please report it in comments.

    Outstanding, must-have mod. The secret shrine area is amazing!

    Don't use the Vile Lair UOP with this or any other Vile Lair mods, since it reverses changes that have been made to Rowley and the Dark Minion.  For example Sexy Vile Lair turns them into females; the UOP undoes that,
    and reverts them back to their vanilla levels. I confirmed this by viewing the bashed patch in the CSE: inventory changes were there, but the overly-tagged UOP dictates the level and gender, so it simply can't be used with any other Vile Lair mods that change any of the npcs in any way other than inventories. If you really want to use the UOP for Vile Lair, you might try removing its bash tags that affect npcs, but that pretty much defeats the purpose of using it at all.

    Looks good! I haven't downloaded it yet, but does it still work? I'd like a more immersive and detailed deepscorn lair for my evil little vampire illusionist and this seems to be the only real mod that makes things Eviller, but, everyone seems to be struggling with it?

    No idea why but entering the abyss shrine from this mod with Enhanced Mounted Combat installed causes an instant CTD,

    Please update the mod. There are many issues that I would love fixed and where the clue from the note in the secret area. Cell doors not opening properly, and randomly having the vanilla door leading to the living area on the left reappearing that only restarting the game can fix. It's one of the best redux's of DLC homes I've ever used. I would staple my ball sack to the ceiling to get this updated!

    Wow just wow, this mod is fantastic and I've given my first ever endorsement to it. The attention to detail and lore/backstory added is great. Most home mods while good usually have parts that are lower quality and stick out as mods but not here. This mod feels like it could've/should've been made by Bethesda themselves.

    so i have noted a small issue that the cages dont like to opened proper when u activate them, i have found hat they will open upon re-entering the cell, however overalll this is by for the best mod ive seen for deepscorn and endorse to u sir great job

    i freshly peeled vile lair off of my save game, did the saving and loading junk, re-unlocked the quest marker, went to deepscorn... the interior is goofy as f***, door from the water leads into clippy rocks, theres a floating table outside, etc. im not using any mod managers, just the default one that comes with the frickin game. does that matter?
    YES, i have the load order correct; vile lair DLC first and this mod somehwere after, right? i also have shiveringisles and no other conflicting mods.
    worth a try posting abt it even if no one gets back to me on this.
