Thanks for the update, WalkerInShadows. Heh, I was looking at this mod earlier today and scribbled it down on my "archer character list of mods". This mod almost has its first birthday. I noticed it was 1 year minus 3 days (I think) since release. I'll use this for my next archer character. It reminds me of an old epic quest mod: Arrows of the Ayleid King by FlyFightFlea Hobbs Nicoroshi. That mod allows you to buy arrows with scripted effects (also required ingredients) but you had to go through hell first as I recall.
I've finally had the chance to really use in play, so I've noted some things that needed to be fixed. Just so's you know, I did a quick second update - this one was more comprehensive and (I hope) I got everything this time.
And yeah, I've seen that mod, too. It's here: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/10740/? I don't use it because it requires welkynd stones, and I need them for TAS.

I downloaded the mod via vortex, i don't anything that could come one the way (no other mod) and thee vendor doesn't sell the spell ?
