Good, fun, spooky mod. I personally find the sheer number of bodies excessive but those who want it primarily for alchemical ingredients will be very happy. A frozen corpse for the Bruma gallows might be a fun variant.
One thing I think I will add to the loot lists for my copy is Human Skin as it is an extremely rare ingredient otherwise.
One thing to note is that not long after installing this mod I experienced two consecutive CTDs while fast traveling. I *never* experience CTDs on fast traveling otherwise. Perhaps it was a coincidence, perhaps I simply didn't wait long enough for scripts to finish loading before opening the map, but it's worth noting.
I decided to go down the list of my mods that might edit areas the gallows were likely to be and checked them out for incompatibilities. Hopefully this information is useful to anyone trying out this mod. I found one minor conflict which will be noted below. The mods I was primarily looking at were:
Add Some Flavor - Roadside Inns (The Roxey Inn - The gallows' post is running through one of the logs added by Add Some Flavor. I recommend users of both mods simply edit this one to remove the gallows. The publican would probably be upset that there's a corpse hanging right outside their establishment anyway)
Bravil Waterfront (Good)
Eastbrink Town (Good)
Marketplace [Outside Weye] (Good)
MsF Waterfront Harbor (Good I think - I rushed through here)
Navigable Niben (Probably good - I didn't run all the way along the river but I find it unlikely there's a conflict)
Road Shrines (Probably good - I didn't check all shrines)
Skingrad Open Road (Good)
Skyrim Style Bruma Farmhouse (Good)
Stairs and Pathways on the Imperial Isle (Good)
Villages 1.1 (Good - they're far away from anywhere a gallows would be but I checked anyway)
Weynon Priory Statue and extra sheep (Good but I find the gallows here inappropriate so I plan to delete/disable it)
Windmills - Project Ambience OR P.A. COMPILATION_7in1_the road so far 1.1 (Probably good - I didn't check all windmills but I find it unlikely there's a conflict)
Hi Guneifort1, by now I've seen a number of these hangmen in game. Thanks for immersion - and a few scares at night - as well as for fascinating articles you've linked this mod to.
By the way, I've noticed that the gallows outside East Gate in Cheydinhal is floating above ground (at least when used with UL). Maybe you'd like to look into it.
Edit: I also noticed problems with a few textures. Thief, Black Thief, and White Leather Gauntlet lack normal maps. For this reason they don't reflect specular effects which is most obvious in foggy weather - when they seem almost black in comparison with the ambience, and they stick out like sore thumb from miles away. Now, Reaper's resource has these normal maps - you must have missed them - except white leather gauntlet which hasn't got one originally. I copied these normal maps from Reaper's resources, and slapped together a quick normal map for the gauntlet.
For now anyone who wants this fix can find it under this link. (Just unzip as usual, and paste to Data folder, merging when prompted. Even better, if you're tidy and don't want to risk messing things up, use Wrye Bash.)
Guinefort, you might want to add the package to the main download, and delete this comment.
There is a mod that adds gallows in Weye near Wawent Inn. Could I request for new gallows with a hanging corpse to be added next to those linked gallows. Immersion will intensify. Screenshots: http://imgur.com/a/G1xiV

I really love the idea of this mod. Though the imagery of people hanging from a noose always disturbed me. I am much less bothered by seeing a head on a pike or a crucifix. I guess it seems more depressing to me.
So you want to see them hang in agonizing pain that is being hanged for a second time just so you can satisfy your curiosity ? Try it, and report back.

Good job on the mod anyway
Try it, and report back.
Thanks for not keeping us hanging.
