Initially uploaded at the exact moment nexusmods pulled their site down for maintenance and there may have been an error. Mod is now re-uploaded and seems perfectly fine.
Please make a note here if you have problems unpacking the .rar file.
I thought I had a problem with this mod. Turns out, the .esp had to be in the load order AFTER my Batch Patch and BEFORE Maskar's Basic Primary Needs. Now, it's working GREAT! ENDORSED!
I don't know. Its very simple really. Just 8 or so static pump meshes put near churches. Its the provided script that makes it work with Basic Primary Needs.
http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/30790/? The mod has a basic needs function, so it'd be awesome if this could work with it, I mean if its not too much trouble to ask.
like i said, the mod just provides a needs system among other things to make the game realistic, the wells provide water and fill up your water skins. I'd say you could attach whatever script the well uses to your mesh pump?
I have no script. just a static object. It can work for basic Primary Needs because BPN provides its own ini that can accommodate other mods.
in the case of Extended Game Mechanics, someone who knows its scripting would have to let me know how to do it. I looked all through its pdf manual and found nothing to suggest making other mods compatible.

I left a message on the EGM page.
