Just a suggestion/ here, but if you feel like it, could you make a separate esp. for people who still want a little limitation in the game. make it so the Varla stone has a 24 (in game) hour cooldown while still being able to recharge all your items? and if possible, make it automatic?however you could just wait another 24)
Great idea for a mod, but it would take away from the game for me not to be screwed over by my weapons crapping out on me. I want a challenge, not a freebie when i kill something.

I dont really play uhh... fair, and Im a big fan of god items, but god items of any goddishness typicaly need frequent recharging, not anymore.
A simple, lifesaving chore-buster, well done.
