Just DLd this mod and love it, however I'm a little confused and ask for help (tho I know it's a long shot...nobody's posted here in years).
According to the video attached there's crafting items in the back yard, but one of the photos plus ingame shows basically just a well. Is there another mod I need to get the oblivion crafting (ie anvil, smelter, tanning rack, etc) or am I missing something?
I haven't played in years so the tanning rack is new to me. Any help would be appreciated.
Very nice place! Upscale, but not too ostentatious. Nicely done!
The only issue that I found was that LOOT reports: "Cannot read "Seaside Manor.esp". Details: ios_base::failbit set: iostream error"
However, it doesn't seem to be effecting anything.
UPDATE: Ok, I found a real issue with this mod and it's a damn shame, because I really like this better than any player home yet! I tested it several different ways, but what happens is that many map icons (specifically in the Imperial City Waterfront) are blank (missing) when this mod is enabled. I use "Map Marker Overhaul" (it's the only map mod I use), and it works fine. However when I load "Seaside Manor" the waterfront icons are missing. They are missing even when I don't have "Map Marker Overhaul" enabled. That said, I'm not sure how "Map Marker Overhaul" is relevant to the icons missing when I load "Seaside Manor", but it's the only other mod that has anything to do with map icons. I use Mod Organizer which makes it VERY easy to enable and disable mods without interfering with each other by overwriting files.
Maybe someone else can confirm this, or you are able to find the issue and patch/fix it, but unfortunately, I will need to discontinue using this mod. I'll check back later to see if this gets solved, but for now I have to disable it.
Sorry I do not know, I play with the vanilla cities only. Both of my house mods are outside the city walls though if that makes them more likely to work?
I was gonna ask this same question. I don't know about Open Cities, but Better Cities make A LOT of changes to the Anvil docks. Looking at the panoramic shot, I BELIEVE most of the BC changes are on the opposite side of the dock from your house, but I'm not positive. You may want to test it, or at least add a warning that they may not be compatible.
I hope it turns out they're compatible, because your screenshots are really lovely, and I'd love to try this out.

interested in both your houses. How do they work with Better cities or Open cities: reborn?
