Makes one wonder why the beggars don't have shanty tents up for themselves in back alleys and such, instead of having to sleep under open sky. Hell, even poor parts of cities could be dotted with tents instead of proper houses and then a few people just sleeping out in a yard.
I realize this was 3 years ago, but it would be nice to have an "empty" version of this, then we could use the furniture emporium to furnish it. Any chance of that:?
I`m not sure, I changes some of the flora in the area around the tent so I really don`t know. If you have Better Cities installed, you could download this and see if it works, all this is is an ESP.
This is how it looks with Better Cities installed. http://i.imgur.com/8wAbQ9k.jpg (Ignore the odd grass/bush textures, a issue I'm trying to solve.) Better Cities is a great mod that many use so I'd suggest you find a better place for the tent. The chest and the two barrels outside the tent was marked as owned, as in I would be stealing from them if I looted them.
That said, still great mod and I would definitively use it! I prefer the smaller housing mods rather then the big and huge ones. But maybe not while located inside the city, it feels kinda out of place. But just outside, along the waterfront perhaps. Or, if you keep in inside the city walls, change the tent to a small shack.
I didn't get the Problem with the Barrels for some odd reason, I can loot from them in plain view of the guards and they don't care. And I wanted to put something in the Arboretum just because I feel like it is such a useless area, I hadn't known about the area until like my ninth year playing the game. And I made this mod with the Vanilla cities in mind, I may download better cities and make an updated version of the mod. I will also look into that barrel problerm
Could also be something about the Better Cities mod that changes how the chests behaves in the Imperial City and that it also effects modded chests. But I'm no modder so that's just a wild guess.
I`m not sure, I created the custom barrels for the camp, so Better Cities shouldn`t have messed with that. The barrels are fine for me, I`m not sure if its fine for everyone else though.

I haven`t touched the Oblivion Construction Kit in quite some time, but I`m sure I can make a quick patch
Very humble but still better than a hollow tree stump and a bedroll in the sewer - good work!
