I like this mod it feels very immersive. Not even 5 minutes into the city and the guards shot my dog and planted drugs on me and called it an "open and shut case Johnson", whatever that means. 10/10 would download East Cleveland simulator 2016 again.
I know! My roommate got arrested for skooma possession and they took MY Septims, citing "Civil Forfeiture"! Then when I tried to make a complaint at the office of Imperial commerce, (Since I can't afford to sue the local guard regiment) they decided to give me half of the money THEY stole from ME!

Got this mod for laughs, since I could tell it was a joke mod by the screenshot.
Proceeded not to play oblivion for another 8 months.
Completely forgot about this mod and had no idea which one on my list was causing endless guards, disabled my mods and reenabled them one at a time to find the perpetrator, closing and running the game anew each time.
I have a feeling this is nothing but a mod to troll anyone who tries using it. Given the file is merely a 1kb esp file I feel justified in my assumption.

On the other hand this makes a great system stress test. What I mean is 100 Imperial Legion can pi$$ any CPU off.
