To fix a broken attribute you need to unequip all equipments and dispel all buffs (abilities are not a problem). Then open the console (with ~ or \, depending on your keyboard) and type these 3 commands (press enter after each command): Player.SetAVMod Luck Max 0 Player.SetAVMod Luck Script 0 Player.SetAVMod Luck Damage 0
These set to 0 all alterations on the given attribute (Luck in this case) and restore the pure base attribute.
Wow, is the Personality attribute called Charisma in the german version? That changes alot for my idea of it.... Then Personality (or Charisma) could be used as a mana pool, like the sorcerer class in d&d
