I use them together and it's mostly fine. Here's a list of the minor issues that do exist:
Meridia's Shrine: The tent added by this mod is clipping with a tree and two big rocks, making the door inaccessible. Molag Bal's Shrine: The fireplace is clipping into the grass completely, making it look like the grass is on fire. Sanguine's Shrine: The fireplace is not clipping, but "dangerously" close to some grass. Vaermina's Shrine: The tent added by this mod is clipping with a tree and some grass.
I don't have a clue about editing mods, so I usually just leave it that way or disable the clipping objects via console.
No npc sleeps at any shrine. Why should they? You go there, do the deed, then your gone for good. However, if you like Daedric shrines, there is Daedric Shrine Ruins mod.
For the immersion/realism. Hell, this will probably be a good mix when I get my soulgem mod done. Going to be able to create your own soulgems at daedric shrines, so going there more often, this will be perfect. It really bugs me when someone puts time and effort into making a mod and then people feel the need to question the need for or just flat out make negative comments. If you don't see a need for the mod, don't comment on on it. Everyone has different way to play, whether it be realism, sci-fi, or flat out completely perved out. The fact that, with all the variaty of mods available, that Tattoo found something new, even if it seems insignificant, is great.

Thanks! New file is now up. I couldn't sleep (whee, finals) so I did something productive. Ish.
I did Peryite. It's the quest script keeping them frozen so hopefully even with new AI they won't more around. If they do I'll have to go in and poke them more.
