This is fantastic, really adds much-needed life to the IC. The NPCs are appropriately dressed for the areas they live in, unlike most mods that add generic actors with random gear.
One minor bug: the Beggar's Food Bags on the Waterfront should probably have their ownership changed. They all belong to Puny Ancus, so when Nuzuk or the other low-responsibility types added to the Waterfront decide to have a bite to eat, they steal from the bags and get killed by the guards.
seeing some homeless man getting stabbed to death for trying to feed himself is honestly hilarious and i would perfer they dont fix it so that i get to see this event unfold before me.
@boogerballs76, I can't say I agree. This mod adds a modest, finite, non-respawning number of NPCs. If we let the guards kill off all the new poors in the Waterfront then soon there won't be any left. Fortunately it's an easy fix for anyone to go into the CS and change ownership of the beggar bags to 'none', which is the first thing I did today after downloading this mod, which is otherwise excellent.
I don't use Better Cities myself, but this mod adds some bedrolls and a couple of other small items to the exterior of the Arena and Waterfront districts that may cause minor conflicts with Better Cities.
There are also a few added bedrolls inside the tavern basements around the various districts. I'm not sure if Better Cities modifies interiors, but if it does not everything else should work without issue.
It's obvious that if the NPC's are added to the basic city world spaces then it won't work as intended with any OPEN cities mods, although that might be a good thing. The NPC's would STILL show up in the interior cells as intended and so that would be the only time the PC would meet them.

Anyway, this is a great little mod, endorsed.
