I liked the aesthetics of this mod a lot! It was modest while not being too much in terms of architecture. I agree that the armor and skill books should be taken away; these are just county knights after all and not holy crusaders. I could delete it through the console, but... *adjusts nerd glasses* ... my immersion! I really wish I could keep it but unfortunately it is causing crashes when I interact with my Mazoga from Giggityninja's Skyrim Style Vanilla Followers. Hope LordGermanicus666 gets time to come back to this cuz it's awesome!
This mod installed perfectly and certainly adds a needed facelift to the original shack. However, I would suggest you consider (a) making the knightly armor sets worth less--at over $3000 each they seem just there to give the player something to sell, (b) deleting the 8 rare skill books--skill books should be found on quests or explorations, not just given to a player in a heap, and (c) either deleting the blacksmith or having him stand in one place--possibly outside by the forge: the lodge is small and it is annoying to keep having him speak the same phrase every few seconds as you walk by him.
The armors are like that because of the leveling system. The better an item is the more money it is though I had fixed the value lower then that, sometimes the game overrides that. ._.
And with the blacksmith I actually did have him outside at one time early on but he kept dying or disappearing( making him immortal fixed the first part..not so much the latter) so I moved him inside. I will make some changes once I get my new pc up and running. Thanks for the feedback.
I don't know, the only way to know for sure would be to have them both active at the same time and see. Though, I removed many of the crates in the lodge so if it used one that was already in there, it might run into some problems.
