Given the Dark Elf population in Cheydinhal I wanted the town to resemble their culture a bit more, so poof! Mushrooms, and lots of plants added along new buildings etc, tried keeping the performance while still making the main streets feel overgrown.
Sadly no Guar's wandering around.. yet.

And yes the mushrooms and such are from Shivering Isles, they're not intended to make it feel like SI but rather more resemble the Morrowind
flora.
