Welcome to the sixteenth installment of my Oblivion Immersion Series. You know how skooma is supposed to be a big deal in the Empire? A big hot-button issue? It's basically the heroin of Tamriel. But despite being a touted as a serious threat to the public, there really isn't much to go around. That makes Cyrodiil the model for the most successful war of drugs in the history of everything. The number of people directly involved in skooma trafficking in the vanilla game can be counted on one hand, and the number of skooma users in the vanilla game can be counted on the other one.
Spinning out of Roving Renrijra Krin, this mod helps alleviate this problem by adding a skooma dealer to every major city. And they are:
Anvil: Sathiius
Bruma: Jahn the Snake
Cheydinhal: Ulz gro Badak
Chorrol: Selina Dagus
Imperial City: Branius Colus
Leyawiin: M'Digra
Skingrad: Murses Aurigo
If you want to find them, search the shadier inns and taverns: that's where all the ne'er-do-wells hang out anyway. Bravil has left left untouched, since it already has a skooma dealer. While the Imperial City already has Shady Sam as its resident drug dealer, a city as large as the capital has room for more than one drug dealer. By Akatosh, it needs TWO resident drug dealers!
The dealers have their own daily schedules and can only be bartered with at night. And as dealers need to operate with discretion and secrecy, they won't have the words SKOOMA DEALER tattooed to their foreheads or anything. You won't be able to recognize them as dealers just by looking at them. Also, I like coming up with fantasy names. So there.
Should be compatible with just about everything. However, any mods that alter the interiors of the lower class inns in the major cities will likely be incompatible. Mods that alter the skooma in any way should be compatible.
