Found source of conflicts- do not use Fizzle with OBME or OBME+Magic Effects OBSE Tweaks
Still getting 65000+ fatigue/magicka during Drain spell effects from the script effects. Let me know if you also notice fatigue/magicka values in excess of 65000 when you cast Heal Minor Wounds in the dungeon and receive Audacious Magery's spell failure side effects.
