This patch is made for FCOM. FCOM = [F]ran, War [C]ry, [O]OO, [M]MM. Fran and War Cry are not mandatory to use this patch, but OOO and MMM are mandatory.
Should I use WAC - WeaponNoScriptMOBS.esp with your plugin WAC - Weapon and Armor Tweak MOBS.esp ? Or only WAC - Weapon and Armor Tweak MOBS.esp ? yes need

Landscape problems around skingard, if you use wac.esp. Gnoll camp is clipped into new cave and few land tearing. Maybe there are some more problems around but I didnt check whole game landscape
I have currently FCOM + Unique landscapes + Better Cities in my game, and I would like to add the creatures of "Waalx". By reading in other forums, I understand that I should not use WAC.esp to avoid some incompatibilities with my other mods (Unique landscapes ...) Which of your 3 patches should I use ? If you can answer me that would be great. thanks
I'm not using Unique landscapes and Better Cities. So this patch not support Unique landscapes and Better Cities. WAC - Weapon and Armor Tweak MOBS.esp add Imperial Weapons to Leveled List, No LL ver not add Imperial Weapons to Leveled List,

WAC - TCOS FCOM.esp add WAC Weapon and Armor to FCOM Leveled List. and NPC status and NPC Inventory maybe match FCOM.
WAC - TCOS FCOM.esp will be need Mart's Monster Mod.esm, Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esm, FCOM_Convergence.esm, Waalx Animals & Creatures.esm, and WAC - TCOS.esp.
I think that it is almost not a problem If conflict between ItemLootFixV1.0bMMMorFCOM.esp worries Please remove the appropriate part of the WAC TCOS FCOM.esp

Minor bug: Fcom gobelins kill wac's gobelins.

I don't use FCO with wac, but just Francesco.
I only use 2 Francesco patches, but my items from wac are translated in japenese.
