When you don't use UL and have multiple other locations installed (like bartholm, stirk etc) use the old vanilla version of this mod. I got this to work by Installing the dynamic map - Elven map first.
Then use only the texture map from the old vanilla file here (don't use the ini folder). It's still slightly incompatible since a small part of Valenwood/Elsweyr won't show correctly on the world map (since it's reseized). This is still better then having no map at all for Valenwood, all the locations are shown correctly and the new locations are still being added. I hope someone could make a small addition for Blackmarsh as well
Edit: Nope, still some problem with the zooming options. This is great if you use just UL/Vardenfell and elsweyr. I found this: http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/45230/? which has many options dynamic world map has, vardenfell imrpoved and much more.
If you have any image editor like Photoshop, GIMP, paint.net etc. it becomes very easy to merge the contents of multiple maps. If an uploaded compilation doesn't exist for your maps, this is the way forward

Actually, if you do use the original .ini from Dynamic Mods, then Bartholm at least (and Stirk for example) and i am pretty sure Sutch as well, will get added automatically. Not sure why gamingsrc provided a basically empty .ini.
You may have to remove the UL references from the Dynamic Mods.ini.
Although I love the idea of a map that includes so many popular land-overhaul mods, I'm wondering if it's possible to make it more modular. I use UL, BC, FAR, Arthmoor's towns, and a few other mods like those but still the addition of the extra roads is very out of place in my game since I don't use any road expansion mods (mostly because they conflict with a lot of other location mods) so I'm wondering if it's possible to make a version/versions that don't include the extra roads (unless added by a particular mod like UL or Western Roads, etc.).
It will be done. I'm just setting up my new Oblivion and adjusting mods. I had a minimal Oblivion installation for three months just to work on the world maps. Now that the basic work have been done I can go further and take in account new mods like Impereal Sutch.
If I may suggest something, adding Let the People Drink aqueduct, Settlements of Cyrodiil, and Arthmoor's villages might be a good idea. Possibly HESU as well, when mhahn123 completes his patches for that series of mods.
BTW your ice mod is awesome. It's way better than the other known one. Noticed the difference when fixing some issues between HESU Skyrim Temple and UL Jerall Glacier.

1) First install Dynamic Map Mod but only Core files.
(don't select any map type)
2) Install my mod and select only one choice
UL VE Expansion map
or
UL Vanilla Expansion map
3) Highly recommended "Map Markers Overhaul" with Elven Icons.
Average modders when asked to write 12 words on how to install a mod correctly with incompatibility: "angry"

I'm taking note of your request.

Also, many thanks for your very kind opinion of Nice Ice I put a lot of effort into making it look believable.
