   Downloaded it on the 5th of this month. Still haven't found him. Still looking.
   
   6/15/18: Finally found him. He was on the bridge near Fyrelight Cave, fighting for his life against a bandit. Killed the bandit and talked to him, and he gave me goodies.

   Looks good and cute idea.
   
   Change Santa's name to 'Saint Plenty' and the lore peeps can't complain (the Cyrodiils do have a Santa Claus figure). Little script that enables santa only in winter months would make this loadable year round.

      Only as long as you have this esp active, so yes and no
      It is just a little Christmas fun, not meant to be used for all time, like a UL mod.
