    Yeah, the animations with bouncing breasts have got to go. It's absurd. I also would love to see the Heroic Male Stance (whatever it's called) not apply to beggars. Looks... really weird when they do it.

      But how are they supposed to get downloads without sexual content in the mod? I wish they stupid anime katana animations for twohanded weapons would be removed too. Bretons and Dremora wielding warhammers rolling around when they get hit? Fucking stupid. You can manually delete the animation files you don't want though.

      The bounce animation can only work if you have installed armor or clothing mesh replacers that support this function.With the normal vanilla clothing or replacers without activated BBB this can not happen.

      @Shade999 actually, the BBB animations were functional for me... and I've never even downloaded a BBB mod simply because I'm not a fan of the animations - so when I first seen this, while walking around the Imperial City and taking a look at some of the characters, I was stumped for a min. I thought it was some error. And it sure took a bit of thinking, tweaking, uninstalling and reinstalling skeletons and other mods to finally figure out that it was this mod lol SMH. I also have Vanilla Armor Redux installed, which I believe contain clothing and armor meshes that support BBB. Nevertheless, these animations are cool for the most part, but I could do without the BBB.

      Yes, I had the same problem.  This happened for me about 15 minutes into a new game.  If I find a solution, I will post back. Otherwise, please assume I have uninstalled in order to proceed.

    This mod is very cool, it definitely adds more variety to the townspeople. The only problem i have with this mod is the BBB-enabled breathing animations some females have. On paper it doesn't sound bad but the implementation is.... a bit too extreme, their breasts bounce up and down with almost zero regard for gravity from just breathing.

    If anyone knows what specific files include those so i could remove them i would really appreciate it, because the other animations are still great.

    So, if I play on russian version, I just change the names of the files so that the names of the races are in russian?

    This won't affect any animations that it doesn't manage, right? 

    I want to use CCAO to manage weapon animations for different types of weapons, or at the very least install some new attack animations. This won't interfere with those, will it?

      A closer examination of the file tree appears to have given me my answer. Not sure how this would interract with another, non-blockhead mod trying to do something similar (though segregated by weapon type, not race/gender). But this one does something similar enough (though, again, by race and gender) that it appears they conflict.

    And it is compatible with OBlivion Reloaded ? because it has some anims too

      The animations in Oblivion Reloaded are for things like dual wielding and items on back. AFAIK, no standard animation pack is incompatible with it.

    This mod is great overall, but I have one issue. With certain clothes, the breathing animation for females seems to cause their boobs to bounce slightly up and down. It's a little immersion breaking and distracting. If I knew which animations cause this, I could remove them, but I'm unsure which they are.
    Update: Figured out by uninstalling and reinstalling each archive of animations that it was the latest one, the new idle animations, that was causing this.

      When only some of the anims do it, it isn't so much a feature. BBB is best as an all-or-none approach.

    This is bugged,

    When creating a new character, and making it a dark elf, when you change the eys or age, the head keeps looking right then back to you.

    Also sometiems NPCs get stuck looking at you :(

      Install Blockhead after creating your character.

    This is so amazing. The characters actually move like different people and not stiff robots. Working correctly with OCO2 and all the various OCO2 cosmetics mods. No FPS hit, deformities or other issues. Conversation zoom ins look more like FO3/NV now. Endorsed, hugged, worshiped at the alter of Sithis.

    How am I only just finding out about this mod? Been waiting for something that could handle gender/race animations in such a way. This is I dare say essential.
