You're forgetting it's an immersion mod, not a decoration mod. And as a mod that makes the world more believable, as well as consistent with what you read in numerous books, it's very far from useless. As a matter of fact, IMO it's one of must-have mods. But I'm sure Guinefort won't mind if you use his assets to decorate your house using the Construction Set.
