Description

It will automaticly add two frower crowns to your inventory. No need to run across Cyrodiil or visit Testing Hall in search for something so small. Works for all genders and all humanoid races. Not sure about Argonians and Khajiits, though.
If you need a few more wreathes - write done in console
startquest nnsimplewreath
Shouldn't require anything else beside Oblivion itself.

Installation and Uninstallation
====
To install simply drop folders and esp in Oblivion\Data and check esp in the Launcher, OBMM or WryeBash.
To uninstall remove these files from your Oblivion folder:
Data\meshes\Naihaan\simplewreath.nif
Data\meshes\Naihaan\simplewreath_gnd.nif
Data\Textures\menus\Icons\simplewreath
