Unfortunately conflicts with Better Cities. Though given that the isles are made of objects, rather than terrain, one may disable the isle that conflicts with BC's lighthouse if so wishes.
I have run into an issue with this and the mod/player home Topal Island. Seems a few of the rocks are occupying the same space as the island making it hard to move around.
An interesting idea. I always wanted that region to look more exotic, and more tropical/swampy. I know the author is uncertain about compatibility, but does anyone know if the conflicts with Unique Landscapes? I'm in the middle of a playthrough and I really don't want to risk messing up my game.

Rocks are not visible in distance but pop-up when i approach. Using tes4lodgen.
I especially made a better normal map for the rock texture that is also improved.
