Black Marsh and Hammerfell are in their own worldspaces so they don't really apply. You can see a teaser of those provinces on this map just across the edge of the Cyrodiil border. They are based on Hammerfell: The Eastern Grasslands and The Black Marshes project.
Hey, this is a really good mod. Unfortunately, I use none of the custom landscape mod like Bartholm, Stirk and so on....
Any chance for a version including....
Road of Cyrodil Unique Landscapes
But if you need a lot of time to do it, forget about it. It's definitely far from my "list of things that needs to be fixed" and I don't want you to focus on this instead of real time stuff. Seriously.
Finally decided to return to modding and fix the scaling issue once and for all. I realized removing the borders completely did the trick. If you notice any inaccuracies please post them here so I can attempt to fix them.
Also if anyone knows a way to keep the scaling acurrate and include the borders (since they're quite nice) please tell me. Thanks.
I just found this map and really liked it, but using it with dynamic map's Roads of Cyrodiil map additions didn't line up correctly and the colors were different. I went and added all of the roads from ROC and the smaller trails into the the map itself in photoshop and adjusted the map markers to fit in place correctly, so if you want I can send it to you to upload for other people who use ROC but also want to use this map.
Here's a screenshot: https://yadi.sk/i/5FHkouobHTwlhg (you can click it once to enlarge it to full size) I removed Sutch and Bartholm in mine as I don't use either at the moment, but made a version with them still included with the extra roads just in case.
Oh wow thanks! Please send this my way. I've been away from modding for a while and decided to try to fix the scaling issue with this mod once and for all. I realized removing the borders did the trick. I've also wanted to get Roads of Cyrodiil implemented since I use that as well (but never could figure out how, or had the time to.)
Send both the Sutch and Bartholm version and the non-Sutch/Bartholm version. I'll add them in the optional files section.
I see you included Black Marsh with Valenwood Improved. Just wondering if you've found a way to get Valenwood Improved to work with TWMP? So far as I know they're incompatible, so wondering why they'd be on the same map. Just aesthetics, completionism? Thanks.
When I use this regular version of this map, icons are somehow off from its original position. I use OBSE + MenuQue plugin, BTW.
So far, it's off by ten to fifteen points from the original position (X, Y and Z). You'll probably want to reset positions to original positions as regular version uses same size of the map design (which icons are originally located).
Yeah, messing around with different versions, with .esp or without .esp, different load orders etc...I'm at the Molag Bal shrine which is just west of the Imperial City, but on your 4.0 version I'm in southern Hammerfell
I'll stick to version 2.0 for now though, it's still my favorite map mod.
Will you consider to at some point add the province of Morrowind for the Morroblivion mod? At least as an optional addon? And possibly the Skyrim Improved mod as well?
Anyone have an idea how to go about creating a 6000 pixel version for Dynamic Map that can be compatible with DM's included mods like UL, Roads, etc without messing up the icon placement? This would be best for compatibility.
If you scale the map to 6000 pixels, all other "pieces" won't match anymore, so I think you need to scale all other pieces to match the 6000 pixel map, and also update the ini to move them in the right spot. You could directly scale them and lose quality or draw them from scratch for a full 6000 pixel quality.
This way, or the map can't be used with Dynamic Map (I guess nearly nobody use DM just for the zoom, so the "incompatibility way" will break many eggs).
Yes, that's a known issue. I'm still trying to wrap my head around how to solve this without cropping the original artwork (which would look ugly). If anyone who has more knowledge in this kind of thing could post here ASAP with an idea, it would be much appreciated!

I tried 4.0, then 3.1, and it's all out of whack.

For me, the icons are shifted slightly northwest of where they should be, in version 3.0.
