Excellent house mod. Best IC house i have seen so far, too cheap though, but it was easy to make it more expensive. My only complaint is that the house has way too many skill books.
Great House, I highly recommend it. Honestly I would not mind if this was the only house for sale for the player in all of Cyrodil. The mass amount of real estate the player owns makes it seem like we play as some sort of real estate mogul, a Cyrodilian Trump. Same deal in Skyrim... I wish there was a mod that would reassign all the player homes to other NPC's as their homes. The player was given a long quest to work towards becoming a lord of a single castle.
I am so f***ing disappointed. You put in a six person dining table, went to the lengths of making a two way staircase to fit all specialties training areas and it didn't even occur to you to make rooms for companions? Six coverts on a table means six people can live in, so I'd expect ways to accomodate them.
I'm not sure if that's sarcastic or serious, but I'll answer anyway.
The 6 person table is to accomodate guests (figurative guests, I only ever solo Oblivion). I play as a Spellsword mostly so the combat and magic training areas are both needed (for me). It is also impossible to add more rooms as the interior (each cell) is one object. Unless you'd be happy putting you 5 companions in the labyrinth of a basement that you would need to accomodate them.
I didn't make this house to suit everybody's taste. I made it for me and uploaded it so other people (with similar taste to me) can enjoy.
That would be awesome if you could make a compatibility mod for it as Better Cities is a must have for many people. I couldn't play without it; it adds too much flavour.
In regards to BC, you can place 'Elvenwatch Manor' in the same location as 'Simple Talos Plaza Home' which is to the far left as you enter the main gate. Just rename it Taloswatch. There is a lot of empty wall space in the Garden.
Are player items deleted with interior cell reset?
well done, MadTod / TanisDuncan ! no wathcamalit modder resources no exaggeration just SINGLE esp, and the content of this mod is very clear & neat based on vanilla flavor placed in the place that I always thought so strange so empty whenever I fast travel to that particular map marker (I always thought that place should be placed a gate or something) now the void feeling in there is gone truly magnificent~ - endorsed -

Hello, I wanted to thank you for sharing this mod with the community. I'm not going to use it in my playthroughs, but that's due to my 'hard' taste.
I can recommend this mod to everyone, because the flaw I met could be looked by looked by another person as an advantage. What I'm referring to is the fact that no one would realize that the content of this mod is mod-added, but there is nothing truly innovative that makes me say 'Damn, this mod has to be inside my modlist'.
I want to be left a bit surprised by houses and even if the mod surprised me by the fact that the content of this mod could be confused for the content of the game, that is not enough for me.
I just wanted to say I am truly impressed at how well made this player home is. The layout is very nice and "feels" like home when I am there, as if it were part of the game to begin with. It also doesn't hurt that you put the fast travel point at the front door.
So thank you for all the work you put into this mod. Great job!
Thanks, I had the idea for this house when I played Oblivion on the Xbox 360 back in 2007 (damn 8 years ago).
The mods I use and the mods I make have to be 100% lore-friendly and it shows in this house. A lot of player house mods out there I find have to much going on and I wanted to make a house that looks like it was made by Bethesda.
I didn't actually move the fast travel marker, that was just a happy accident.

As for interior cell reset. This house is perfectly safe to store your items. It wouldn't be a player house otherwise.

I thank you once again for this mod.

I appreciate what you have said and despite this mod not being to your taste, it shows I've achieved what I set out to do and for that I thank you.
