Your textures is really nice! Please do something with the exteriors of the forts. Standard exterior textures is not so bad, but have low resolution and in some places strongly stretched.
Stretched textures is the result of quick and sloppy vanilla UV mapping. To correct this problem meshes need to be modified. A rather huge, tedious job, but not impossible.
I like how you stayed faithful to vanilla, but actually made them from scratch instead of upscaling. That's what this game needs most. Sold. I'll be back (one day) with my impressions from actual dungeon. (right now I'm in Morrowind)
