The "update" version of this release installs over the 20150220 version. This does not include the two items listed above with "BSA file change", but does have all the others.
There are a number of changes to the equipment of the marauders and raiders in Gandwyllyn, but these will not be evident unless you start from a clean character that had never been played with Rathunas installed (regardless of whether you actually went there).
The new Gweldafon Relocation feature is a Lesser Power that helps your character move into Gweldafon after completing the quests. If you already have Gweldafon, this Lesser Power may not automatically add to your spell book. Use the Lab Options menu (an open book in the desk in the Gweldafon alchemy lab) to manually add the spell to your spell book. Likewise, if you find this feature to be immersion-breaking, or you simply don't need it, that same menu will allow you to remove. You can remove and add the Lesser Power as many times as you wish.
