for what ever reason this mod is not working either like the other encumbrance mod I tried.. even creating a fresh mod/esp file using the TES construction set isn't working either..
I have it enabled in the plugins.txt like it should be.... I have it set to load at the bottom of the list.. is that is causing any issues...?
the only thing that seems to work is use the following command in game... setgs fActorStrengthEncumbranceMult 100.00
I'm sorry it doesn't work for you, atm though I don't have a PC anymore (broke and no money for a replacement) and can't really do anything about it. :( Perhaps it has sth. to with another mod of yours. Just a long shot. Maybe the file is corrupted or sth, or maybe a bit far-fetched, but a reinstall of the game could work.
So far so good, thanks! I almost don't consider this a God item in a way, since I've seen a few modded items around that claim to disappear from the game if you drop them. That was the whole reason I wanted something like this. I want to endorse now, but the site won't let me yet, lol.
really nice mod, now i don't have to keep in check my pack-rat tendencies so i can pick the dungeons clean, also i don't need to use god mode to grab everything that isn't nailed to the floor or on fire... have an endorsement good sire.
Thank you for this wonderful mod messieur Terranoxiic. It is wonderful idea to make something like this, but what I was looking for a long time. I think that you are inspired with the similar PC game Gothic where there is also no problem with encumbrance and so allows a player to carry as much items as he/she likes. This encumbrance problem always annoys me in the games, so I found this mod very useful. Thank you again Danke schön Merci beaucoup I don't know in how many languages to say that. I think that is enough in these three
Thank you for your kind words. It is people like you who make the world a better place.
Indeed, the rather low encumbrance limit can be irritating, since you are forced to relinquish your ability to move, so it can be very useful to have a mod such as this one, as it removes the possibility to experience said annoyance. What I did was very simple, as anyone with an average IQ is capable of changing the encumbrance limit multiplier. You just need someone to show you how, or, if you have the patience, figure it out yourself.
I am sure a lot of people dread at the thought of getting rid of valuable equipment. At least that won't be a problem any longer.
Can you explain how you are altering encumbrance of PC? By "Feather" or how? I just want to know how it works. And I'm too lazy to download and look it myself
I'm too lazy to write down how exactly my mod works. I'm kinda busy watching this anime called " Death Note ", so I can't be bothered. Apologies, but my time is spent how I wish to spend it. :|
I was right. You just changed encumbrance multiplier. I don't know how it works in Oblovion but in Morrowind this setting affects all NPCs. If you could make it via scripting...
Were you expecting a highly complicated modification? Don't act as if you're superior to me. As I stated in the permission, you may proceed without my blessing. If you think you could create a mod that is more effective, then be my guest. I have no intention of hogging the glory, nor do I wish for you to give me credit. In fact, if you can make a superior encumbrance alteration mod, don't even think about giving me any credit whatsoever. I commend your high spirit.
Also, you should know I love writing long messages, that would be one of my quirks... :3

Right back at 'cha...?
Does this response suffice? Or are you expecting more?
I'm a bit confused...
If I look at this practically, and I'm only thinking out loud here, it looks like you're thanking me.
So I suppose the correct response would be: "You're welcome!"
