This is a quality little home for my Player. Thanks for creating this, I love it. The Animated Window Lighting System and Chimneys mod makes this house look extra nice on the outside :)
Very nice layout. Good size, Not too big, or small. I like the teleport system, and all the nice scripts for lighting, crafting and sorting. The location is a little "out there" but not too far, and as the only price to pay to live there, its manageable.
Only deal breaking issue I have with it, The main hall is incredibly laggy for me. There's too much going on in one cell (mostly from the 2nd floor). the bathroom, basement, and tower cells are all fine of course.
I'm glad you like the house! I chose that particular spot in an attempt to avoid Unique Landscapes (at least at the time when I started building it). The problem with the main cell is not in "active appliances" (there's just a handfull of scripted objects with GameMode blocks), but its sheer size: it has cca 900.000 faces and 28 (if I remember well) light sources! Thus, it can be taxing for older video cards. On the other hand, keeping it all in one cell proved extremely useful in my own gameplay. I think the main culprit is not the second floor, but the library on the third. You might try to disable some bookrows via console - or food crates in the kitchen - and see if it helps. (And sorry for the belated answer. I'm only now back from a mini-vacation, where I had only an analog modem line...)
