Here's some data and suggestions for the mod if you decide to revisit it, as collected from the comments, Jyggalag's stats from the normal boss fight, and the stats from the mod's version of Jyggalag.
Upgrades from the original version: - Levels. That's it. No stat changes, no actor value changes, just pure levels.
Weaknesses and low points as pointed out by comments, and some potential solutions: - Ranged-based characters will have an easier time than melee characters, due to the spacious area meaning you can train Jyggalag from one side of the palace, and when he get's close, move to the opposite side, allowing you to widdle his health to zero. [A solution can be to either allow Jyggalag to re-open a Obelisk, preferably the one closest to him so as to encourage the player to get near Jyggalag to shut it down before being swarmed by Knights, or to boost his Speed attribute so he could 'intercept' the player while they run to the other side of the palace for some pot-shots.] -Jyggalag is now vulnerable to the Paralysis effect, while in the original game, he had 100% immunity to paralysis. [Obviously, the solution should be to set his Paralysis Immunity actor value to 100.] -Jyggalag is vulnerable to the special effect on Mehrune's Razor, which allows it to kill creatures in one hit on some strikes, as signified by the 'Dagon claims this soul!' message in the top-left. [A solution can be to, as another user put it, use OBSE to exclude Jyggalag from the Mehrune's Razor enchantment script.] -The reward is now, compared to Jyggalag's difficulty, lacking. [I actually have a solver for that problem; a mod by the name of Vault Of Order(?).]
I am so glad someone else thought that Jyggalag was a bit too weak for the Strongest of the Daedric Princes. I'm so excited to fight him with my level 80+ Heavy Battlemage. Hopefully he will be a Challenge!
I should tell you, you say he is the most powerful person in game well technically Mehrunes dagon is level 100 and Sheogorath is level 254 so they are a lot higher.
The dagger mehrunes razor from the mehrunes razor dlc has the abilty to kill creatures in one strike which I was able to use on Jyggalag. I was wondering if you may have known about that?
I'm not sure if you can exclude him from the script effect that easily. You'd probably have to change the script to check if it's Jyggalag. Is possible, I think, but might need OBSE.
Since he is the most feared of all Daedric Princes, even feared by the other Daedric Prince, he should be pretty much unstoppable. I look forward to trying this on my new play through. Endorsed!!!
nice mod. Just played it. But i have a couple of points. 1 He is stronger but still not much. my char is 68 and i am an archer. The new Sheoth palace is a paradise for archer type players. Please try to come up with an idea for that. 2 Do something bout this Knock out and paralyze effects. it looks realy funny when a huge monster get knocked out by an arrow. COuld u remove these effects so he won't get knocked up by arrow. 3. A boss like that should have better reward and by reward i drop. Please see that.

Well, I could push his level up some more, but that would probably make him too powerful for anyone under 60+ to handle. :/
Well, that's a bit tricky. However, I am trying to work out a work around.
