The outside entrance to Chorrol is not working for me. It does not appear in game, even when it does appear in my local map. I'm not using Better Cities, nor other mods that change cities/landscapes. If you do not plan to use BC, and you want simple (yet immersive) secret entrances, I suggest to use Aoshis Stealth Entrances (https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/13651), that seems to be the mod used as base for this one (and I thought it should be credited here).
No, they don't have markers. They are secret after all.

Anvil has a rope ladder behind Benirus Manor Chorrol has a trap door near the western city wall In Cheydinhal you can cross the city wall at its lowest point (a bit left from the main entrance) In Bravil you have to dive through the water gates Leyawiin has a trap door at the eastern wall The other cities already have ways to enter unnoticed, so they have nothing extra
I realised that I had forgotten to install the better cities patch for the lost spires and it probably was that that caused the problem since the saves seem to be working now. Deleted my post.
Sorry to hear that. I had the mod always in my load order and never ran into this issue. Maybe your esp got corrupted? Otherwise I cannot imagine how a couple doors could cause such kind of error.
