What incompatibilities does it have? Fort Akatosh Redux ( several watch post across cyrodiil included), OOO, UL, maybe some town\village mods? I like these castles: yours, other guys but still nobody try to find other mods which clashes with theirs. It is such a headache really.
Yes its a pain! I just download the ones i like and then go to their spots and see if they clash with some mod i already have. https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/45403 has alot of patches. If they don't have a patch for a mod you like you can always DM the guy, he is really nice and is working on alot of stuff
Very nice, yet simple enough to fit in an esp. file. I'm not able to endorse, because supposedly "I haven't downloaded it the file". Maybe because I downloaded the cheap file instead of the first one, so the server may be confused. In any case, thank you. I hope later you'll consider giving some AI to the guards and so on.
There's a delay in the ability to endorse a file for a few hours. Just give it a try the next day.

The price thing is also understandable. I figured pricing it steeply would give players a sense of personal reward when buying it, but when it comes to general playability it is indeed unfeasible. I've added a new .esp file called 'Keep Gark Cheap'. It makes the castle available for 10,000-15,000 gold. Kind of important: the cheap and expensive versions are not compatible. If you decide to install one version to replace another, any stuff you have stored in the castle will disappear (the game does not recognise the interiors as being the same because the title of the .esp is different).
Oh, and thank you guys. I was expecting a lot more criticism and much less praise.
Money is no problem for a bloodthirsty collector of the fallen's arms and armor, particularly if you have one or more mod adding a high money level merchant.

It is in the southeast of cyrodiil, on the road running north from leyawiin on the east side of the niben. There should be a map marker location that is undiscovered. Just start following the road, and I promise you that you cannot miss it.
Very clever for making a huge castle in such a tiny mod & just an esp. I am impressed, & I see nothing amiss inside or out. It is really expensive though. Thank you for a really good looking castle with a throne for my tired adventurer butt. Excellent job.

Everything is wonderfully done. The entire atmosphere, the bedrooms, the books, the USS Enterprise.... Everything is genuinely well done. This has immediately jumped to one of my top favorite houses. Good job to you sir... Good job to you
It is a shame that mods like this are now few and far between. Nowadays, most house mods that come out aren't as creative as this. Please, good sir. Give yourself a pat on the back.
My only complaint; the price. It's just waaaay too much for most peoples' attention spans in oblivion. I, for one, start new characters way to often. I would suggest bringing the price down to 10,000 gold or 20,000 gold, rather than 80,000 at max disposition and max merchantile skill.
anyways, lovely mod. I will have it installed for the time being, but if it stays at this price, it may become just something that I ride by every so often, rather than my home.
