Thank youu!! Much appreciated feedback. I plan to have a shivering isles and knights of the nine edition soon! I also had the same problem so I decided to make one myself and share it.
I will try my best to make it work with the next release! I had some difficulties summoning them outside because the whole sun damage issue. But I'll see what I can do!
Edit- I'll also try making both friendly and hostile spawns.
It takes a sec to figure out but it's really fun once you start to use it. And yeah the Dark Brotherhood was being a little flaky, it would only work in certain areas, for a similar reason I couldn't add in vampires. I'll check it out! Thanks for downloading!

It's great when you need to clear areas and they don't just stand-around.
Thanks a million Overlord! i couldn't find a spawning mod anywhere, let alone a good one! Keep up the good work!
