What it does

This mod borrows HEAVILY from my Stolen Horses mod. What it does is allow you to "whisper" to horses to have them become yours.
I decided that riding a horse for X minutes was great and all, but having it automatically become yours was too easy but more precisely...it didn't always work in a consistant manner. So, now you have a "Lesser Power" to do it.
The first time you load up a game you'll be given the horse whisperer lesser power. You can use that power to "Tame" the horse so that it will let you ride it, and will no one else will consider it stolen when you mount it but there's a catch. Three in fact.
Horse whispering is deemed a hostile act, and thus not only will guards and NPCs confront you about it, so will the horse. The horse WILL attack you. It will stop once the act is finished, whether successful or not.
The second catch? You have to be within five feet for the duration of the whisper in order for it to be successful, assuming it is successful so you'll need to front the brunt of the attack. It's not a long duration.
The third catch? To further balance it out, horse whispering is based on a percentage chance governed by your willpower and personality. Don't worry. If you've got a willpower and personality that totals up to 100 or more you'll always be successful so long as you maintain proximity.
So, to keep with the spirit of the original Stolen Horse Ownership mod, if you want to keep that horse you should probably consider stealing it outright, riding it to a safe distance and then whispering to it.
What it doesn't do

This mod DOES NOT make horses aquired in this manner from wandering. Unfortunately that means modifying the AI packages associated with the horses, and to do so will break many other horse mods, like Slof's. I am working on an AI package that can be utilized with this MOD but it will be a separate release.
I am 90% sure that the horses you obtain in this manner cannot be armored. Not 100%...only 90%.
