It's not his fault that some mods broke your game. Don't talk such rot to our beloved Godd Howard.
      He never lie, just overexaggerated.

      Be seeing you.

    PS use google translate XD

Listen to Onizukka, he helped me get it fixed! Here's his message translated by Google! Thank you sir!
"If it works, you just have to activate this mod, and deactivate the OCO mod (in the launcher of the base game), then enter the game with OBSE and buy the armor, after saving the game and exit, and activate the mod again OCO, and that's it, I suppose that if you want to change your armor you must follow the same steps mentioned above. Thanks for the mod :)"

I've got all the DLC, do I use both files, or just the knights one ? Thanks.

Feel like posting here is useless, but if it informs anyone else...

I tried loading it after my game 'batch patch' as in author's description, I tried loading it before BP (which Wrye prompted me to merge it, so I did). Nothing happens in game to resolve the horse armor bugged dialogue. This 'patch' does not work, at least not if you have purchased a horse already and try to get 'free' armor or even pay $500 for it from the orc. It may work to get the free nag horse if you haven't already bought a horse (or taken Brother Maborel's free ride) , I do not know.

Would have been nice for the author to state what the 'easy edit' was, at least I would have a starting point to try TES4 editing. There is a decompile function in Wrye, so might see what that does to this 'patch'...

Well, i tried this mod anyway and it actually worked (but i bought a new horse and brought it to the orc). However, once the armor was installed, the horse could no longer turn left or right. Fix one thing, break another.

Yeah me too horse won't turn...guess i'm not using horse armour on Obliv anymore, because it seems this is a predominant error that no one is fixing and i have no idea how to fix it myself, I guess i shouls stop complaining and learn :p

FYI, in OCOv2 the NPC FNAM's have been altered. So in the Horse Armor patch, you might want to update Snak gra-Bura's FNAM to "25 02", matching the change made by OCOv2 to the Orc race. Right now it's showing as having been set back to the Vanilla value.

Also in the KotN patch, the following NPC"s have AI Packages that also need to be restored that are missing from the patch:
    0000A27B Maelona
    0000BFFB AnvilGuardCityPostDay02
    0000BFFC AnvilGuardCityPostNight02
    000234AE OraggraBargol
    00034E6A AvrusAdas

In addition, all the NPC's FNAM's have been reverted back to original.
The FNAMs should correspond with their Race Record's SNAM's. Here's the OCOv2 FNAM's:
    Imperial: 9D 51
    Redguard: 5A 23
    Orc: 75 28
    DarkElf: 27 6F
    HighElf: 44 35
    Khajiit: B3 63
    WoodElf: EC 38
    Breton: CF 18
    Nord: D9 22
    Argonian: F8 70

    And perhaps tag with {{BASH:Actors.AIPackages,Actors.Skeleton,NpcFaces}}
NpcFaces should preserve all the face gen data, eyes, hair & the FNAM's as well.

    Thanks & happy modding!

Given these 'patches' seem to be abandoned, perhaps you could please advise us less informed how the horse armor and KotN should be patched? The original author alluded to this being 'easy' fix, but obviously he wasn't as thorough as he/she thought they were given your post...

Just me or is this odd that it has never been addressed by the Unofficial Patches?

The masters are also in the wrong order lol which is probably why this happens. they show up in tes4 edit fine actually so it must be an issue with vortex

edit: I've updated this mod if anyone still wants to use it, though there is a compilation of patches (here) with the contained edits above for anyone who wants more compatibility. I suggest you use that instead along with this as with these you won't even need the below patches.

Could you please put some more jargon in your posts? I really like my jargon slathered with jargon with a side order of jargon dripping with jargon with a glass of jargon topped off after every sip of jargon.

From a brief websearch FNAM is the incredibly under-performing stock of Evolutionary Genomics Inc and SNAM is an incredibly cheap Italian gas company. Clearly this isn't the case, but neither of those acronyms are obvious within the creation kit.

Isn't this redundant if using Wrye Bash from the start?

This worked for me. I wasn't receiving the Old Nag, she was just saying "let's see" and nothing else was happening.
