Thank you for Bjorn! I was using Chiburi but I was getting increasingly anxious  for him when he yelped... Bjorn seems to be made of sterner stuff! I am playing a Nord so I guess a wolf is more appropriate.

Just found these animals and never even thought of using a mod like these before. Installed the wolf, and I have to get the fox now. Looks like I can run more than one at a time. Well done and love the colours of the cats.

The game is set up to run three companions well. I have been able to run four of these animal companions fairly well however. More that four seems to gets one of them dropped a lot.

The wolf & the dog mods are the only ones that require ONLY an esp. The others require a mesh & texture folder, but are pretty simple other than that. All are designed to provide a low maintenance companion who can go most anywhere (a few quests exclude them) with you & not require a lot of babysitting.

Thank you for your kind words & encouragement.

Bjorn gets in the way sometimes, but he saved me from a couple guards during a mishap trying to steal a magic ring. He doesn't seem to have any issues other than chasing everything hostile on detection then getting lost making me call him. A passive mode would be a nice addition.

Thank you for your report. I will consider other versions, but am not sure what function a passive Battle wold would serve.

If you have in mind more of a pet who accompanies you, but is not inclined to fight your enemies, then I think that could be easily managed. It was difficult to find how to make these Battle companions fight well, & making them not fight well should be easy. He should not be getting lost & should return as soon as the enemy is dispatched.

I do know about the yapping, yaarrrgggghhhhh. I got him after adopting Bjorn - Pet Dog 35093, he's always on my heels, but his constant woofing gets annoying, luckily he comes with a spell, and just like Bewitched, poooffff, he disappears until I call him back !

Your new release, Yokuda Battle Cat 45029 surprised me, it came so quickly after my first comment. He looks fabulous by the way, his fur and colours , yes that's colours with a *U* - hardy-har-har, they are quite stunning, and his face is to fall in love with. If my daughter sees him I'm done for

You know, besides the fact that I may start nicknaming you Sheena, as in queen of the jungle, which by the way is also my other daughters name only it's spelt differently, I'm getting used to the idea that having an assortment of loyal pets might be a fine thing to have. What with traipsing cross-country and suddenly being rudely interrupted by stalkers, hijackers, monsters, thieves, the whole caboot, them running into my furry posse may just teach 'em a thing or two 'bout such rude behaviour, Yes that's with a *U* also, ha-ha-ha

Thank you for your dedication with these animals, they are indeed quite lovely, I'm sure you enjoy making them as much as those lucky enough to adopt them, such as myself, enjoy having them around.

Thank you for your comments and Endorsement. It is a community service to let others know what works and what may be useful. It also encourages all modders to make us more mods and it rewards them for their work.

I am so glad to hear when my work is appreciated and enjoyed. It has all been inspired by my fiercely protective Siamese cat of 21 years, who would attack anything of any size, that threatened her people. These are all reincarnations of her spirit to protect and befriend you in your game. (I made a little picture story in the Image Share section with my character and all of my "Furry Army", as goranpaa calls them, having a small adventure with Mojodajojo's Fufu, who also inspired these mods with his interactive scripts. They are traveling the Trails of Cyrodiil mod that Malachi Delecot made.) I find that with these partners, I can play roles that were too difficult before, and ride a horse without dismounting every few yards to fight a silly critter.

It is amazing to find another who uses u in many words that I use them in (and spelt, lept, and proven also). Now my Spell Check red lines them, and I am beginning to capitulate. I could swear I was taught that in school in ancient times. Others say I read too many British books. I also remember Sheena. ;-)

I'm gonna say thank you right from the start - Bjorn is most appreciated. He is low maintenance, sensitive to his surroundings and strong enough to give me a heads up for the dangers lurking in the dark. If I could show him my gratitude with a treat he certainly would deserve it.

I noticed your fondness for animals, a fox http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/44842/? and a cat http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/44545/? as well as this Nord Battle Wolf. Could it be that a faithful canine is somewhat on your mind too ? I'm sure Bjorn would get along with that dog, and I certainly would too. It sure is nice to see you offering such animal diversity. The fox really surprised me, I may yet see if we can get along in the not too distant future. Congrats and, nice work, I appreciate it, thumbs up !

Thank you for your encouraging comment & endorsement, it is all the reward that modders receive for sharing their work.

I had made the Fox and Wolf at the request of a friend who likes the Battle Cats, and then decided to upload them to share with everyone.

There seemed to be little appreciation of the Fox and Wolf, so I did not consider making a Dog.
It looked like only my friends endorsed them, & so I thought they were a waste of Nexus space. ;-) I had even considered removing them.

Now that someone wants a dog, I may do it when I finish the 2 projects I have underway.

These animals are all made so that you can have a companion that is low maintenance and a pet that you can take everywhere.
I was fortunate to be able to find a way to stop all the senseless and annoying yapping the canines do. That was why I stopped using the dog companions myself. Now that is no longer a problem, I can make a dog who is trained to fight better than the usual ones also. ;-)
