Looks great except I have a line appearing in the buildings close to the bottom where there is a difference in color between the top and bottom half. I am using oblivion reloaded and QTP 3
Old comment, but just so people are aware - it's a problem with the vanilla game. The texture is tiled and in vanilla, repeats without you noticing due to the lower resolution. Someone would need to change the mesh to fix this problem.

I'm having some problems with this retexture as well as the alyeid ruins, forts, and bruma ones. They all look extremely beautiful in the screen shots you posted but I can't get it to work in game. The textures in game are unchanged. I've tried both manual instillation and used the nexus mod manager. Neither worked. I looked at the read me and it said to just move the texture folder into the data folder which is exactly what I did. No one else in the comments seems to be having an issue though, so if any one could clarify, that would be helpful.
This is a very beautiful retexture, I can't wait to see how you do Skingrad and Chorrol since those are my favorite cities. I've downloaded your Morrowind textures before, so you've yet to disappoint. I give this file my endorsement.

Cheydinhal's purple tint is the main reason I'll never buy a house there in-game.
