First let me start by apologizing to anyone who already DLd this file. It turned out to be one of my great disappointments in it's current state. What I discovered after uploading was that there is an inherent flaw with the vanilla stonewall meshes (all of them). This flaw causes the uv maps on the mesh to get out of whack when you save any kind of change to the mesh. The end result in game is that there is a razor straight line down the top of the mesh where the texture separates in two halves. I didn't actually test in game because they looked fine in Nifskope and I had never seen anything like this happen before.
Bottom line is that I eventually found a solution and have recently begun re-working this package. I am only able to devote a little time each day but will have an updated/fixed file loaded sometime in the near future.
Hey, mhahn, if you've found a plausible solution to a razor-sharp transition between two textures, then maybe something could be done to all rocks in Cyrodiil, too? You know - the transition between grassy/snowy/dirt top and the rock on the sides is abhorrent in vanilla, with the seamline clearly visible. Or perhaps you could share your method, so that others can do something about it?
PS for anyone looking at this....the updated files are already loaded. Fixed to the greatest extent and look good in game. Next update will see some very minor texture and normal map improvements.
Thank you...it was about 3 days worth of work to put all of it together. To answer your question with another, Make an esp of what exactly? It's a modder resource package. For modders to use on their own. If you want to use them you will need to install the resources of your choice into the Oblivion data folder, launch the CS, and create the pieces you need.
Ahhhhh....my mistake. Sorry if my previous comment came across the wrong way. Just didn't understand what you were asking. To give a more clear response, these items were actually created with that very purpose in mind. To be used alongside the farm houses, stables, and sheep folds from Regional Farms and Inns mod. Will be posting an updated file for that mod in the near future.
Since I already had what I needed for personal projects, just went ahead and created the rest and shared with the community.
Thank you both for the nice comments. In answer to your question Mac, there is a good deal more. Most obvious from some of the screen shots I've posted in the images section here on Nexus, re-textured homes of all kinds. But lots of other things like stables for example, done with regional wood. For the village on Panther River I re-textured some of the Bruma ledge sets and ayleid ruin blocks to be darker granite color...similar to the common door stone texture. Because that's the type of rock used in the landscape.
Most of the stuff is already in the Settlements of Cyrodiil Resource pack. But I've been creating more as the needs arose. I'll open up more things for public use as more settlements near completion.
It's going to be a long time before I start building something, but I know that your resources will come very handy. Thank you. I'm curious what else you've created for these villages.

I'm sending you a pm regarding this post.
Can you make esp for all of this?
I know how it works & only ask about your future plans for this package.
