The current version of Francescos overhaul came out a few years after this mod was last updated. The old Fran's esp patches won't work with the "new" Francesco. I'd bet it's the same for OOO as well. Never used that though.
For anyone who's getting crashes: I've been troubleshooting my new install, and I discovered that the two patches (OOO and FCOM) make the game crash on load. I haven't been able to figure out why - they worked fine before - but if you've got this problem, try removing them.
followed all the directions and it refused to start the game. tried again on a separate hard drive with no other mods active, same thing. with this mod active, the game doesn't start, with or without other mods.
I just wanted to post here for anyone who wants to use this mod in the future with the Unique Landscapes mods as well. These mods work fine together with no major problems, but I do recommend making sure all of the UL mods are placed in your load order AFTER this one. I noticed at least two UL places (Cheydinhal Falls and River Ethe) where the modded water will disappear from the world and an obvious line where the water comes back into existence. Placing this mod above at least those two mods will fix the issue. In fact, setting Loot to load River Ethe after Tamriel Travelers actually placed it near the top of the entire load order anyway so you can just do that to save some headache.
Needs cleaning, but remember this dates back to a period when cleaning wasn't seen as so important. So that's up to the user.
OK, but what do you mean when you say 'fixed' and 'obsolete''? (Something's only obsolete when there's a newer, better replacement - do you know of one?)
Does anybody know what's the purpose of the fixer (get equipped) AI packages in this mod? The use of leveled weapons, armor and clothes? Or something else?

shiveringisletravellers.esp and tamrieltravellers4OOO.esp
No other .esp appear to be dirty.
Hope this helps someone!
