Wow, I was experiencing boredom with my heavily-modded copy of Oblivion, then I installed this mod and deleted all my other mods, and I have to say, I'm having the best experience of my life!
"Adds three essential copies of a grotesque faced, minty-green haired duplicate of Cicero Verus, named THE PENISMASTER (I am not making this up) to the A Fighting Chance, Arena and Arena Spectators cells. Other than the aforementioned facial features, classy name and a speed attribute of 255, there's absolutely nothing special about this NPC. Having the very same AI packages than Cicero Verus, you are likely to encounter all three copies of him alongside Cicero soon after installing this mod."
Technically this mod isn't doing anything illegal, so... feel welcome I'd say.
