I just wanted to add for anyone else coming across the same issue that RBP_OCO_Patch_2_1 alternative beta is fine for OCOv2 + RPB + Integration. However, if you also use OOOShivering Isles, you will get eye glitches as that OOO plugin changes eye textures. To fix this, just remove those changes in TES4Edit.
So for anyone wondering about the INTEGRATION patch (Not standalone RBP) a forum poster named 'Pinkertonius' posted his OCO2-Integration patch somewhere in a buried down forum. He stated he'd upload it to the Nexus but never did I guess. You can find it in this link below:
I have to test this out in the coming days and I'll keep you updated.

Thanks for this, I’ll check it out. I’m not entirely sure how all this works but the RBP patch works well with my revamped faces plugin ( available on Integration’s Moddb page)
I also added a video example. Everything up until 31 minutes is with the revamped faces plugin and the RBP patch. Everything after 31 minutes is with the regular integration faces and no patch (that’s why the faces are all glossy and wet looking.)
I’ll download the link you posted and try those faces out in a future video. (With credit to pinkertonius and you of course :)! )
i have modified this plugin to apply to the un-integrated version - using integration, LAME and RBP as separate masters. feel free to use or further modify: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ne24r3j318u36at/Integration-LAME-RBP_OCOv2.7z?dl=0
Most likely it won't. OCO v2 is a completely new-built mod, and shares very little with its predecessor. In fact, both versions of OCO are mutually incompatible.
Saebel said past July that upgrading the patch to v2 would be minor tweaks, but I'm afraid he was wrong.
Yup, not minor at all. The initial OCO + RBP patch wasn't too bad since it's just dealing with the races. But integration is going to be nutz all over again since I have to take second looks at every single NPC.
MBP and XEO are completely different aesthetics that are counter to the OCO concept, and would require a different RBP patch entirely. I'm not even sure that OCO would work well with MBP. That would have to be a different project altogether, and one that someone other than myself will have to take on.

Appreciated. As it is, the only issue seems to be the eyebrows.

Cheers!
-Edit-
Yes it does. SImple patch to make though. I've got it if you want a copy.
